President El-Sisi Allocated EGP 10 Billion to Differently-Abled Fund
The fund aims to offer support for people with special needs across Egypt.

President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi has announced that the national Differently-Abled Fund will receive EGP 10 billion to support people with special needs across Egypt. The announcement was made during the fifth edition of the 'Differently-Abled' ceremony, which was held at the Al-Manar International Convention Centre in New Cairo. The event was organized by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Egyptian Sports Federation for Intellectual Disabilities. A documentary was showcased at the event that highlighted the challenges faced by people with special needs in Egypt and their achievements in sports so far.
The Differently-Abled Fund aims to integrate people with special needs into national projects, initiatives, and artistic and cultural works to empower them. The fund also offers various programs and activities to athletes with special needs to improve their physical fitness and sports skills.
